About the event

Friends of Cherokee Marsh board meetings are the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend. Contact FOCM president Sheila Leary at info@cherokeemarsh.org with questions.


Note: In the summer, if the weather is especially fine, we may meet outside near the Rainbow Shelter in Warner Park. If electrical storms or flooding threaten, we may meet via Zoom.

Cherokee Marsh is the largest wetland in Dane County, Wisconsin. The marsh is located just upstream from Lake Mendota, along the Yahara River and Token Creek.
