One man shared a link to what they called a "guided relaxation exercise." Clicked it, and it opened australian Winnerama Casino. A woman in a bathrobe was sitting in a room full of candles, but instead of meditating, she was reading out ridiculous stressors submitted by viewers – "I'm afraid of birds," "I think my toaster is judging me." She'd acknowledge each one with a serene nod, take a deep breath, and slowly remove a piece of her bathrobe every time the chat made her laugh. She started fully robed, ended in just a t-shirt, still trying to maintain a zen demeanor while people described their fear of escalators. I didn't relax, but I laughed a lot.
